TMI end of period/post period???

HELP!

So I just went to the bathroom after a couple hours (2-3) of wearing a panty liner for the day and found this on my panty liner, it’s like black??? I’m super concerned + confused at what it is/means!!

**yesterday was my last day of full-on normal bleeding from my period so idk if the top chunky thing is like a blood clot or what?? Please help I’m clueless 😩

**also note- I moved the chunky-ish part (gross I’m sorry🙈) up to the other end to look at it closer, it was originally right in the middle of the other large black/brown spot
