Nursing

So my newborn (3 weeks today) nursed today for 3 hours straight.. 30 min each breast.. over and over. I made sure he was not just using me as a pacifier and listened carefully to him swallowing. Usually when i pump each breast produces 80ml so i know he’s getting enough food. Could this just be a growth spurt? He was 9lbs at birth now lil over 10 so he’s a big and growing boy. Every where I’ve read says 45-60min of nursing but it can vary if the newborn falls asleep. Any advice???
