Metformin & Period

I was diagnosed with PCOS and the doctor prescribed me Metformin (1000mg every day for 2 weeks and then increase it to 2000mg a day). I think it is still too early for me as I am only on my 3rd day of treatment, but I would love to know how many days after starting Metformin did your period start?
