Approach my coworker or let it go?
Today at work we had a meeting and during the meeting one of my coworkers insinuated that I was not pulling my weight at work.
We have different job descriptions at work. Hers is to set up and track marketing events while mine is to run the marketing event and bring in new clients. I attend at least 1-2 events a week. So its frustrating because she doesn't physically see me working my butt off. She would like me to do MORE! She believes I should be helping her set up and track the events as well as run them.
Now just an idea of how often I work events... any event I work over the weekend or holiday I accumulate PTO. Over the past 2 years I have accumulated 300hrs of PTO.
So needless to say, I am very upset and hurt that my coworker thinks I need to do more when I feel like I work my tail off! Should I say something to her? Or let it go?
