Confused about evaps

Ok so here’s the story. I took the first tests one was a pic at 9 minutes one a pic at 25 minutes. Now the second pic is a few hours after. When do they turn to evaps and when are they really maybe positive I’m so confused as they change as the minutes and hours go by
