CM isn’t an indication of pregnancy. Just take a test or wait a few days to see if AF still doesn’t show. 
I’m in the same boat with ya. AF was due today and I have absolutely no symptoms of AF which is WAY out of the norm. I ALWAYS can tell when AF is coming and this month, I’m clueless. I bought and took a test earlier and it was a BFN. Maybe you’ll have more luck than me.
