Am I going crazy or is there a super super faint line

My last period was July 20th, 2018. I haven’t had my period in two months. I’ve taken a ton of pregnancy test, blood test and even and ultrasound 2 weeks ago and all negative. I had some light pink spotting the last 3 days but only when I wipe and not always so I’m very confused.
