At the ob when there doing my blood pressure they always ask if i have any bleeding spotting or discharge

Well today i had white discharge that literally soaked through my underwear i didnt have a liner because this hasnt been an issue until today i just wanna know at 28w is white disharge something i should be concerned about i was just at the ob yesterday and i dont have any yeast or bacterial infections no itchiness or odor i have been experiencing cramps but im not sure if that has anything to do with it
