Okay so I randomly had these red dots appear all over my body the other day and they keep kinda spreading??? I thought it was from my fake Tanner I left on too long but I'm confused because they're not in places I put tanner on??? HELP PLEASE WHATS WRONG WITH ME

Not to freak you out, but maybe you should get to a doctor or hospital asap. Could be anything from an allergic reaction to something more serious. I've heard that some viruses can cause red spotting like this. Better safe than sorry in my opinion! Good luck and hope it's nothing serious.
