Strange symptoms

So I'm 3dpo, and I feel crazy. Like I'm having the worst pain in the neck and back, and I keep forgetting things. I feel weird, and I can't stop drinking milk. I'm going crazy, and I have no idea what if could be. I've never had these symptoms before. I'm TTC baby #1.
