thick, clear, sticky 'discharge' after unprotected sex

Hey so I had unprotected sex for the first time ever and I was fingering myself afterwards. I noticed that I was mostly dry except for up by my cervix. When I pulled my fingers it I had this weird "discharge" on my fingers. He didn't cum in me but we used spit and I'm not sure what exactly this is? Not on any type of bc..
