Do you think that male OBGYNs ever unintentionally start thinking about the female anatomy from a doctor’s perspective while they’re doing the deed with their wives/gfs?

Like suddenly feeling something with his member and thinking “oh, well there’s her cervix. It feels soft and high right now, which probably means she is nearing ovulation... and if I push a little further I’ll be able to feel xyz...”

Or nah?
