Discharge

So this morning I woke up and went to the toilet and every morning I check my discharge for any changes (smell colour etc) this morning it was completely different. There was a little white 'worm' it was moving so it was very much alive. Have no idea what to do my doctors can't get me in for an appointment was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I've tried googling it but nothings come up.
