Getting married

Well sorry ladies I wanted to get advice about this

My fiancé and I are supposed to be getting married Oct 14,2016. But honestly I am having second thoughts about this whole huge wedding.. I really just wanted to go to city hall where I'm from get married and then when October 14,2016 just have a huge party and wear my 2,500 dollar dress.. I mean more then half my family aren't going to come (because I Dont talk to my aunts or any of my cousins).. My bridesmaids already are backing out, I'm just having second thoughts about it and mind you the dress can't be returned 😢😢😢 what am I to do... Advice please ladies
