Help Me PLEASE

Ok I’m 9dpo 5 days until AF. Very light cramping and back ache. I’m checking my cervix everyday and it was low yesterday but today it’s high. I don’t bbt at all. I have lotion like cm but that’s normal before af for me. I’m just looking for light still on my tww 😩😩😩😩😩
