Braxton Hicks 15 weeks prego

Hey moms , Im having these Braxton Hicks super early this pregnancy. It started around 11.5 weeks and now I’m 15 weeks pregnant it’s coming stronger than ever, to the point I have to grab and hold something until it stops . I drink water and took Tylenol but still coming more frequently during the day . This my 4th pregnancy but I’m a little worried . Anyone else went through or going through them and everything was ok ??? I don’t remember them ever being this early.
