IUD removal and cycles

Hey! So I had my iud placed August 2015 and just had it removed 9/14/18. I never had regular cycles, there was no spotting just symptoms like cramps and then BAM, mrs flow opens her gates and it’s heavy for 7-9 days then suddenly stops. Could go a few weeks to 1.5 months before another. Sometimes just a week in between. With my iud I only had minor cramps once in a blue moon and never spotted or anything. So after my iud was removed, Monday 9/17 had had light cramps and red spotting/very light flow. Thought my cycle was starting. Then yesterday nothing at all. Then this morning super super trace amount of spotting. So idk if I’m starting or what. Lol. Does anyone have experience with IUD removal and how soon your cycle starts up? I also had some light cramps a few days prior to removal.
