Bleeding?!

I have been on the pill for like 6 months. Last month I had bleeding like a week before my actual withdrawal bleed I had cramps and tender breasts. Well this month comes and I have the same thing begin, first the tenderness then the small cramps! Well yesterday was mine and my SO anniversary so we had sex. Today I began having cramps and I was curious so I inserted a tampon and removed it and on the tip of it was a bit of blood. And there where more mucus like splotches with blood on it. I called my Doc and she is supposed to call me back but I’m kinda worrying about it🙃
