Does this look like eczema or chicken pox?

My son has had eczema before and flare ups but they never looked like this. They're red raised bumps. Hoping for some insight! Not actual medical advice.

Maybe just the start of a heat rash.. let baby chill with no clothes on for a few and maybe some ointment. My daughter gets it all the time.

I feel like that looks like eczema. My sons looks like that in the dead of the winter.  Unfortunately after my 1 year old got the chicken pox vaccine he came down with the most mildest case of chicken pox ( only 7 total sores). They look radically different than eczema.  If your some seems to be bothered or itchy because of it, we do aveeno oatmeal baths in tepid water, followed by a night eczema balm and aquafor on exposed skin if going outside or we notice that the humidity in our home is low.  Running a cool humidifier in his room at night also seems to help. If it seems to get too bad we do use hydrocortisone eczema cream on only the areas that look more severe and are cracking sore and reddish.  If it doesn’t go away there no harm in running to the pediatrician for a quick check
