I don’t know what to think

So I just got off nexplanon in June. Of course with my body adjusting my hormones are everywhere and I am irregular! My last period was beginning of August and I haven’t had one since. Got a pos opk last Friday and last night during intercourse I had some pain and when we were cleaning up my hubby was like oh snap your kinda bleeding and he was right it was pink tinted. So I went to the bathroom and peed and when I wiped it was super light pink. But since we had sex I’m not sure if this is the beginning of my very late period or something else. I usually have cramps a day or two before my period and I didn’t get that this time if it is AF. I just don’t know lol I had some knarly cramps after the sex too that lasted a few mins.
