Clomid and Cramping

In July I took my first round of Clomid, 50mg. I had tons of cramping around ovulation and the nurse told me that’s a good sign that it is working. I ended up ovulating late, got pregnant and miscarried. I just finished round 2 of Clomid, at 100mg this time, and I haven’t had any of the cramping symptoms. Got a positive opk strip yesterday, although clear blue still shows a blinking smiley... but I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced this where there’s no real symptoms the second time around..
