Can’t believe what she did...

This is ordinarily a very annoying, upsetting thing to see; half a roll of toilet paper unspooled and drug down the hall. However, it may be the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. I was having a first class hormone induced meltdown (oops) over a dinner hiccup I was having, while also experiencing some pregnancy related pains. As I sat down on the floor crying, I saw my toddler running out with this wad of toilet paper in her arms - still connected to the roll in the bathroom down the hall. *GREAT!* I was 1 second from losing it in all my emotional mess and reprimanding her, but I just looked at her in shock and went speechless instead...(and of course dad was covering his face trying not to let her see his laughter). My husband grabbed the toilet paper from her and calmly asked her what she was doing. Her response: “Get mommy tissue. Mommy little bit sad.” I’ve never been so grateful for not opening my mouth. I hugged my sweet girl so tight and bawled even harder. I’m so so SO blessed to have such a sensitive, kind, loving little girl who cares so much about her family. I’m also thankful for the lesson I learned tonight. 💗💗💗
