MC last month, feeling very anxious

Last month I had a very early MC, AF due in a week  or so and I am feeling very nervous! I have already tested twice with BFNs! I know it is early... I am worried about a chemical again, but I still cannot stop testing/ wanting to test. My emotions are all messed up. ?  I don't know if I am more afraid of AF or another Chemical. They both sound terrifying to me right now! ?
