new pill = bad side effects

I've recently started noriman pill after my old one stopped working properly so I needed a higher dose! it was all fine until I realized all the side effects that come with it. I can't have sex anymore because it is always painful and I always feel uncomfortable down there.. any suggestions of what to do??
