Low self esteem 😢😢

So I am a bigger woman probably a size 16-20. I have low self esteem because I have hyperpigmentation because my thighs & I am really embarrassed to have sex with anyone because I am so self conscious. Is anyone else going through this big or small? I just want to break down so bad
