My husband did nothing for my birthday. I wasn’t wanting anything extravagant. A picnic in the park would have been enough. Am I wrong for being hurt? 😢

Im still waiting for one. I break down every year... I do feel I'm being selfish after but its never the gifts you get its the thought that counts like breakfast in bed or even telling the kids its mommas birthday give her a birthday hug... 😭😭 crying gets me what I want... And thats not like yeah I want flowers or go out for supper cuz were broke...i just want effing attention!! Just one day where I feel effing appreciated....

I completely understand, my husband is not a planner and it’s been two years in a row, my 21st and 22nd birthday that we don’t do anything. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would be hurt too it’s not about a gift or anything it’s about feeling appreciated:/ go out this weekend and treat yourself!
