Cold subs while pregnant

Im 14 weeks pregnant & ive read online that you shouldnt eat cold lunch meat so ive always just heated up my food at home but i was craving a cold turkey sub from subway so i just ate that, some people says its okay in moderation & others say no. has anyone asked their doctors ? my office is closed until monday
