How to stop swaddling?

Our LO is 4months old and goes to daycare in less than a week and our she can’t be swaddled at daycare due to state laws. She can’t fall asleep without the swaddle for more than 30 minutes and gets very restless and fussy. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to wean her off the swaddle??? Thanks in advance!!

Is that swaddle the transition one? I know they have a transition one of that swaddle where you can take the arms off. Like one arm at a time to get them used to not being swaddled

Why can’t the daycare swaddle her?

We used the “Merlin’s magic sleep suit” to transition. 
I’m not sure if the daycare can use that? But it gets pretty warm so we had to use a onesie and socks while using it.
Other than that, you may have to quit cold turkey 😓 
That was one of my biggest fears sending our daughter to daycare. She wouldn’t sleep without being swaddled. 
Thankfully we found a close friend to watch her, so she continued to swaddle for naps so that way at least she’d sleep while we worked on the transition at home.

If your baby can roll over she shouldn’t be having her arms swaddled anyways ... look into the magic baby suit maybe
