Sperm Analysis Results Are In

So my husband had his reversal back on May 3, 2018. When we visited our Fertility Doctor in March he told us we shouldn't even do the surgery because it's been 13.5 years since he had the vasectomy (decision he & his ex-wife made). Doctor preceded to give us the run thru of all the negatives if he did (i.e. no return of Sperm, sperm defects, sperm antibodies, his age, reversals typically aren't successful and/or done after that length of time, etc.). Needless to say I left that appointment feeling defeated & emotional. We knew we'd play the "What If" game if we didn't try, so we went ahead with our decision.

He decided to get a sperm analysis 2 weeks ago being at the 4 month Post Op mark. Results showed Low Motility (bummer) but he'll be trying Fertilaid along with the Motility boost, 56% viable sperm, & his number was 14.5 million. We're both 42 years old & have been told our chances are low but we are both putting faith in God on this journey; adoption is something we've discussed & both are 100% on board with. We shall see where this journey takes us.
