After seven months TTC with medications finally got our BFP on August 28 th.. we were so happy!!!

we went to the doctor this afternoon hopping to see our baby’s heart beating.. I’m almost 7 weeks .. but we only saw the gestational sac and a very weird yalk sac with no baby and no heartbeat...the doctor said we need to come back next week to see it again ... We are so sad ! 🤧😭😢 i can’t stop crying ... I can’t believe this is happening to us !! Why ???
