Fitness HELP!!
I wanna start working out more but I cant seem to find the time. I have school 7 hours a day, lots of hw, friends who want to hang out, and a boyfriend. I cant ever seem to find time or the motivation to work out. There is a gym my friend goes to and shes been begging me for weeks to sign up but I dont know if I have the time. I've never been good at time management. Any suggestions or advice?
