Flying with baby?

My daughter is due October 17th and I will be flying to see my mom with her in November for thanksgiving. I am really nervous about flying with a 1 month old. Anyone have any advice for flying with babies this little?

I haven't personally flown with my baby but my friend has and the best advice she had was to make sure you are feeding her whilst taking off and landing. This will stop her ears from popping. At that age she should sleep quite a bit so I wouldn't take anything to entertain her. Just make sure maybe she has her blanket/comforter/dummy to hand and comfy baby grows etc to wear.
