Charley horse
Holy cow. I woke up Friday morning to THE WORST CHARLEY HORSE ever in my right calf. It lasted for probably 3 minutes. My leg was shaking after and it was sore the rest of the day. I got them when with first pregnancy so I know they can happen. Well today my calf is still so extremely sore!! I have never experienced soreness this long before. Should I be concerned ??
