Should I go to the doctor or wait?

I just found out 2 days ago that I’m 4w + 5d pregnant which was a total surprise! I was only 2 days late for my period and just thought I’d take a test to just be sure but I wasn’t even thinking it would be positive 🙊 this is my first time being pregnant and I was just wondering if I should wait a while before going to the doctors?

I read that normally your first check up is about 8 weeks so should I just wait a little longer? Im also worried about going this early and then losing the baby because it’s so early on.

Any advice with anything would be appreciated x
