I used if for 18 months. It’s a lube. It doesn’t “work.” It is a sperm friendly lube, not a magical drug.

I used preseed the one time we had sex in my fertile window. I think a day after glow said I ovulated and I was pregnant that month. 
Preseed or any fertility lubricant is just pH balanced to help your natural fluids accept the sperm, your body has to be ready for it too. It’s all luck.

I used conceive plus which is essentially the same thing and it worked the first month
