Pregnant but no symptoms?

I’m currently 6 weeks and 4 days and i have no symptoms, I feel worried 
My first appointment it’s on October 17

I’m 23 weeks and still not really had anything, I had really bad stomach cramps at the beginning, everyone’s different, congratulations by the way

I didn’t get any until 7-8 weeks then came the nausea.

6w3d here and I’ve literally got nothing going on. No sore breasts, no cravings or food aversions, I’m not tired, no bloating, etc. the only symptom I’ve had is a missed period. My first appointment is 10/18 and they’ll only be doing blood work and going over medical history. My first u/s isn’t until 10/24. Longest wait everrrrr! 😩

With my son (my first baby) I didn’t have any symptoms until the second trimester. I think it’s normal
