When with boyfriends friends

I feel so awkward around them and I feel like my boyfriend sometimes forget that I’m there lol....even when he doesn’t leave me. I just sit there out of place. Am I the only one? I hope that doesn’t make me a bad girlfriend. Also after we leave, I don’t want to talk to my boyfriend.

I always let my boyfriend have their ‘friend’ time completely separately and just see him after. Everyone has different aspects about them that certain people bring out. I know for some people they like to mix spending time with their friends and partner, but I feel so much better when this isn’t the case. 
It’s important for partners to have separate lives, and to be able to have time apart. Maybe suggest hanging out after him and his friends have hung out?

Talk to him about how to feel. I got like this the first time I hung out with my boyfriend and his friends but he certainly never forgot I was there.
