How long to wait after chemical?

Need some advise- doctor told me to wait a cycle after my chemical this month before trying again- did anyone else have their doctor tell them this? Did anyone else get pregnant right after and have a healthy baby?

My doctor said the same. But I’m not actively going to try not to, if that makes sense. If it happens, it happens. And i hope it does...
