How to tone my hair
Okay so I bleach my hair myself. First color stripped it because I had red in my hair, then had to bleach twice. I then used wella t18 to tone my hair and my hair is still brassy looking. Anyone know what toner I should use? Also any tips for keeping it healthy. Oh and I also used purple shampoo and it didnt do anything
