I binged on YouTube vids of tips for getting pregnant!

I literally spent my Sunday binge watching a bunch of vids of girls talking about how they got pregnant & one tip I heard & I'm wondering if anyone tried it, was holding off 10 days after your period to have sex. So I checked my calendar & I'm wondering if 10 days is too long & possibly past my ovulation? Okay idk if I'm over thinking it but is it better to hold off for the day I get a positive opk or day before? I really got nothing to lose here I have been trying for 2 yrs. I tried every other day, to everyday of the fertile window, everyday of the month, legs up, & pre seed, & mucinex!

Any one out here conceive or tried to BD after 10 days of end of period?

Or any successful pregnancies out here after trying to hold off specifically for that day??
