200 lbs yet I don’t feel fat?

I’m only 5”4/5”5, 200 lbs and a size 16. I see other girls who say they’re 180 and they look plus sized but I don’t see myself when I look at photos like that which is weird because I think I’m fat as fuck lol. I’m tired of backfat, and of my legs touching and my neck touching my shoulders and creasing when I put my head to the side or lay down. I keep wanting to go to the gym but I have anxiety and no motivation. I eat like garbage. Its too early to feel like such shit about myself but I can’t help it.

How do I get motivation?
