How to live a generally happy life
I struggle severely with anxiety and depression and my children are starting to suffer because of me. I'd like to know what other people do to live a generally happier life. Like diets, hobbies, routines, self care methods etc. I know that therapy and medication plays a big role and I've been sticking with that too, but I desperately want to find other ways to cope. I often contemplate suicide and feel emotionally numb. I self harmed for a long time and after a lot of relapsing, I've managed to make it to 2 years without doing it at all, but the thoughts are still there. Any advice is very appreciated
