pain/ache where i broke my radius years ago??

when i was in 6th grade i fell and broke my “wrist” (its further down my arm but not quite at the mid point) and i had a cast for about a month and a half, then used a brace for it because of how weak it was and then it was fine. now 6 years later it’s starting to ache AGAIN right in the area i broke. it hasn’t hurt for this entire time, but i do have some problems with not being able to move it like i can the other arm. sooo what is going on lol? i loooked it up and it said that it can hurt when it rains and it turns out that it is raining. has anyone else had this issue?
