Period late 12 days now.. 😩

I’ve been thinking of reasons why my period is still late.. I’ve never been behind. All the tests come back negative. Has anyone had their period this late and resulted to actually being pregnant? Could it be that I didn’t ovulate? I only have one tube due to an ectopic pregnancy last year 😔 so when the tube that isn’t there tries to release an egg but there’s no tube does this mean that I don’t ovulate on the side where I have no tube one which could explain the no period thing? I’m not stressed either I’m pretty calm .. help!
