Blackouts

How many of you have experienced vision loss? I get spots in my vision often and occasionally it’s where i can’t really see at all. Like when someone really blind doesn’t have their glasses on. It’s not necessarily black but i can’t see anything. I have had headaches more than i haven’t the last couple weeks. I’m at the 16 week mark right now. With my second i had gestational diabetes. And failed the 1 hour test at 14 weeks and waiting to do the 3 hour one. So it’s a safe bet i have it again. But i didn’t have much vision problems with my second. Who’s experienced this? What was it?
