Only one breast changing?!

Question

I’m 18 weeks and just noticed that my right breast areola is super bumpy and the breast is veiny. I know that’s normal during pregnancy, but had anyone only have this happen to just ONE of their breasts?? My left one is completely smooth and no veins or bumps. Is this normal? Does the second one catch up or will I only be breastfeeding from right breast? Lol

Mine was the same with my daughter but anything before birth doesn't really tell you anything for after birth. I didn't really leak prior to my daughters birth, but my friend leaked a lot. I had my daughter and breastfeeding went great. My friend had her son and she didn't produce at all. 
And even with this pregnancy my left boob at times the vein sticks out a lot but nothing on my right. And when I BF my left boob was my worker boob lol and my right was a slacker

Same here I was wondering if I was imagining it until my husband pointed it out as well. Hoping I’ll be able to breastfeed as my mom was lucky to if she got to for a month max.

Mine are uneven in that way too ! I haven’t asked the doctor bc I feel like maybe I’m overreacting. Are they supposed to match?
