Did you suspect twins before an ultrasound?

I'm 6w2d and my DH and I think we are having twins. I am extremely tired, I was able to test earlier than I should have, and I just got diagnosed with GD. I have had a feeling that it is twins, and I had a woman randomly come up to me at church and tell me good luck with my twins.

Did any of you have a suspicion it was twins before you found out it was?

My husband and I had suspicions that we were having twins, but then it turned out we weren't. He still thinks there's a possibility LOL but after 4 ultrasounds, being 31 weeks pregnant, and a lot of doppler listening I have no doubt in my mind there is only one baby in my belly.

Not a bit. I thought my hcg was normal ish. Maybe a bit high but I've never been pregnant so I didn't know what to expect. I had some spotting and bleeding at 6/7 weeks and went in for an ultrasound (my first appointment wasn't until 8weeks). I just wanted to know if I was miscarrying or not. Surprise, twins! The tech said my hcg was high but my doctor never said anything. Congratulations!

I got a positive test early. They are in my family and no one has had then yet, there are only a few left to have children. So everyone kept saying it would be me and it was. I couldn't be happier. Such an incredible blessing.  It's gone surprisingly smooth since day 1.

I suspected. But I've always said I want multiples! I just had a feeling. I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and still haven't thrown up, no nausea in weeks (and even then it was only if I went to long without food). I didn't have super symptoms, just a feeling. We have mo/di surprise babies!

We knew! We just joked the whole time before an ultrasound about how we would sell the "uglier" one on the black market. TOTAL JOKE! Please no one take that seriously. This was a surprise pregnancy, I'm only 21 and was told I couldn't ever have children. We are extremely blessed to have conceived our twin boys! But when they confirmed twins we had to laugh.

Yep! I had a gut feeling with my last pregnancy, and I was right! Twins!

I didn't have an US until 11 weeks but I did hear a heart beat at 9 weeks. I distinctly remember the doctor finding the heart beat and listening for a moment, talking with me about how cool it was, and then taking the Doppler off. As she removed the Doppler I had a though, "wait, what about the other one?"

I thought I was going crazy - but I guess not! Found out there was two at the US two weeks later!

I had a suspicion. My HCG levels were much higher than my other pregnancies. I hurt really bad all over when I ovulated which made me think I released an egg from both sides. For the first time ever I had a positive pregnancy test before AF was due. Test was positive on July 2 and AF was due July 4. With my other pregnancies I was one day late before ever having a positive. I also started having morning sickness at least a week before I did with other pregnancies. Went in for an ultrasound 7w3d to find twins! So excited after we had a m/c in January.

I suspected twins but I had no different symptoms than those of a single pregnancy. This is my second pregnancy and we have a very healthy 2 year old. I just had a feeling it was twins.
