Supposed to be 12wks...Baby stopped developing

I’m supposed to be 12 weeks. Went in to hear the heartbeat and there was no heartbeat, sent for an ultrasound and baby no longer has a heartbeat and stopped developing at 8 weeks 3 days! 2 days after my vaginal ultrasound 😭 I’m still waiting to expel it. Started on Misoprostal last night. Bled for 8hrs, but not enough to get onto a pad. Had cramps and did not pass any clots. Took another dose today and I have no bleeding and no cramps! Oh how I don’t want a D&C, but it’s looking like that’s the route we may have to take.
