Drop in supply
Question for anyone who has had a drop in their supply what did you do to get it back up and how long was it before you noticed results? I was at family’s all weekend and was only able to pump 3 times a day and only breastfeed once a day and my supply has taken a hit. I’ve been pumping very two hours for 20 minuets. Just wanting to do anything I can to get my supply back up
