Can any one advice what to expect ?

I'm starting letrzole tomorrow on cycle day 2

I must have just been pretty lucky because I really didn't notice any side effects and I ended up ovulated for the first time in over a year with my first cycle on letrozole (Femara). Now I'm just waiting for another week to test! Hopefully it worked! Good luck to you!

I had headaches for 5 days but that was it.

I had hot flushed day 3 & 4 and hectic headaches (ringing in ears) the whole time I was on it (5days)
